I cleared IPCC exam in may11 & my articleship is going on....now a days I'm focusing on the Future but there are lots of confusion going on in my mind as i would like to do in future in DIRECT TAXES but my friends are telling me that now a days everybody going in DT & waiting in the queue for job to get specialized in DT....on net i searched a lot but there were just topics mentioned but NO REFERENCE BOOK / JOURNALS / MAGAZINES...etc.
SO dear all plz suggest me in which field i should go & SUGGEST THE RELATED REFERENCE BOOK / JOURNALS / MAGAZINES...etc. SO AS TO GO DEEPER IN THE MATTER....

1)whether i can sign the audit report before receiving of COP certificate in Hard copy ?
2) if yes then without confirmation of firm name, in which name audit report will be issue?
3) Whether above CA can issue visiting card and letter head in their personal name until issue of firm name by ICAI?

I am Neeraj Bhanwariwal cleared CA Finals in May 2012 attempt. I am searching a job but not getting the right way to go. So, I want to know how I reach to the companies/CA Firms for jobs, whether I should go directly to the company/Firm office with my Resume or send resume to them via some courier/post. I also apply to many companies on their career section/portal but I am not receiving any response from them.

i am now clering ipcc both group in may 12, and clearing first year of b.com
i registered for cs foundation in march 12.
now i dont want to cs, bcoz 3 courses are not allowed by icai.
my question is that is it required to cancel my registration of cs???
if yes then in whats the time period
