I have Knowledge of Accounting & Administrating in Mind But that's Not Physicals.
I Never Know How I will charge service tax From My Customer & how I will pay it to Govt. Will Vat Applicable For Providing Service.

I have done my MBA finance with 3 years experience as General Ledger accountant.I want to change my profile to core accounts skills Financial Planning and Analysis,Budgeting and Forecasting.Request you to advise me on the same. I have passed my B.com & IPCC Group 1 and am appearing for Group 2 in Nov'13. I want to do article ship and want to know how to choose a principal where i will be able to learn and get experience which will help in future. I have got lot of suggestions from students and i am confused. Please suggest tips on how to choose a principal. Type of firm to choose-Audit or tax consultant , distance form home to save time for studies,Big 4,mid sized or CA with individual practice,.etc.

Sir/Madam, I am undergoing B.com and my articleship training simutaneously. I am pursuing B.com as regular student as my college has made some arrangement that i can pursue b.com as a regular student even if do not attend college regularly. Well we are planning to float an Audit firm. Can any of us hold a proprietory firm registered under his name with the institute?
Also that can we apply individually for some audit assignments of our own apart from being a partner in a firm?
Please clarify about the full-time partner issue which the institute has been raising recently.
