Sir, my client has get registerd since 2year but yet no file any return becuse of he is not require to pay tax due to basic examption limit. weather filing of return of past year is mandetory ? can he file belated return without penalty bcz he is no service tax liablity?

I passed my intermadiate from science stream recently and enrolled as CPT student.But lately I am finding CA profession not so interesting. neg.thinkings are burdening me.I want someone to respond something inspiring and motivating to me. also more abt.ranges of career CA could provide. I also wish someone to suggest some technical and creative profession CA could offer for CA from science background like me.

Is doing MBA in finance a good option after completing CA ? If yes then please enlighten with the details about the same , which foreign universities to apply , duration of the course etc .I am confused as to whether I should go for certified courses like cs , cfa or opt for MBA in finance . Please help .

helo.. iam a bcom graduate.. i cleard my cpt in dec2012.. in nov 2013 i hav gvn my ipcc exam.. iam very that il not clear my exam.. i have 2 options left now.. either i can give one more attempt in may or i can convert to direct entry.. which one do u think wil be more advantageous.. thank u..
