I am a student of ICWA now i want to take admission for CA and complete ipcc side by side can i take admission? Is it ok to to start CA at the age of 25?

I am about to send my Form 2 for membership application to ICAI.My question is that one category in the form asking like

Annual membership fees Rs.800 for the year
____ to ____ .So which year i shoul fiill in????????? 2013-14 or 2014-15????????

If i would fill 2013-14 then it is waste na???

I have qualified first group of ipc in may and for group 2 results r awaited.I will also fill up ignou f&a for b.com after my results.I m not able to decide whether I should fill up the form for cs or not.There are two reasons for me to do cs i.e first many concepts r same in ca and cs and my second reason is dat i will be doing b.com from correspondence so i somehow think my resume in future will stand weak due to that, for making my resume strong i want to do cs.Please guide me whether i should fill up the form or not.managing both things will be how much tough along with my articleship??

Professional Misconduct in relation to Members of the Institute in Service:
Clause (a) - Member in employment of a company, firm or person prohibited from paying or allowing or agreeing to pay or allow directly or indirectly to any person any share in his emoluments.

I want to know that, I being a CA not holding COP if goes to employment consultancy, I am required to pay a part out of my first salary as commission after I got job from that consultancy, Whether such payment by me will be considered as misconduct as per above clause?

Hi, I have done intermediate in commerce in 2004 but after that i had dropped my study due to my family econimic conditions for 4yrs. In 2008, I had taken admission in B.Com and I had done B.Com in 2011. During this time I had worked in a small manufacturing company as a account assistant for contractual job. After finished the contract I had spent at my home and looking for a permanent job. Seven month later, I had got a job in different sector and working for 3 yrs. I want to go in my field(Finance & Taxation). Right now, I am doing MBA in Finance & Taxation from PTU. Please suggest me, Can i go into my Finance sector. Please reply.

a friend of mine from nepal is an article trainee in a firm in new delhi. he has completed his 15 months articleship but wants to take transfer. both the employer and the article are ready for transfer on mutual consent. but what can be the reason provided to ICAI regarding the same.
