15 December 2013 a friend of mine from nepal is an article trainee in a firm in new delhi. he has completed his 15 months articleship but wants to take transfer. both the employer and the article are ready for transfer on mutual consent. but what can be the reason provided to ICAI regarding the same.

15 December 2013 since transfer in second year is restricted to certain specific grounds, you can choose secondment as an option. in the last year, your friend can go for industrial training!!

16 December 2013 he dont want to work under the present employer as his emplyer misbehaves wid him. the option of secondment wil make him work under the same employer only.
