19 December 2013 I am a student of ICWA now i want to take admission for CA and complete ipcc side by side can i take admission? Is it ok to to start CA at the age of 25?

There is no defined age to start and end CA. You should consider factors like your ability to multi task studies as both Cost accounting and CA would require sufficient hours of study to succeed. If you're confident enough to prepare well for both, take the leap ahead else, try completing atleast one professional course first.
Also, take into consideration how much resources you have time money wise and which course to invest for better returns. I believe you're the best judge here.
