dear, I hv done my b.com from EIILM University with 70% marks and now want to register for ipcc exam. can u guide about the validity of the university so that I can enrol for the same as I hv heard that the university is not recognised

I have completed my MMS from Mumbai University.
But I am not satisfied with the same. Currently I'm working with bank.
I am interested to pursue another career which can help me to boost my career.
But I'm confused whether I should go for CA or CS.
I would also like to whether a working professional can pursue CA??

While looking for a job change for the position of company secretary in a listed company, how to identify whether the company is following good corporate governance practices. Annual Report which contains auditors report, corporate governance report will give a clue. is there any other method by which can we identify the credentials of the company, its promoters etc.

I had put in nearly 17 years of experience in a listed company with 8 years of post qualification experience as a Company Secretary. I have been requested by management to go to unlisted subsidiary company to take care of secretarial compliance work without increase in pay. The unlisted subsidiary company is a loss making company. Is it worth accepting the offer or should I look for job change. Please advise.

can anyone please tell me that,as I want to do industrial training, if my 2 nd year of articleship gets over on 22 august 2014 and my ca final attempt is in may 2015...will my attempt get delayed if I am unable to join industrial training in august itself and may be at a later date in october or something?the 2-3 months that I am idle are taken as break or leave?? plz help!

but in practice things are not going in favour.
kindly give your priceless advice abt what shd i do to turn things around in my favour..means whethr i shd quit practice or join the job ?
