I had put in nearly 17 years of experience in a listed company with 8 years of post qualification experience as a Company Secretary. I have been requested by management to go to unlisted subsidiary company to take care of secretarial compliance work without increase in pay. The unlisted subsidiary company is a loss making company. Is it worth accepting the offer or should I look for job change. Please advise.

Look for job change. With the amount of experience that you possess you will get much better offer.
