While looking for a job change for the position of company secretary in a listed company, how to identify whether the company is following good corporate governance practices. Annual Report which contains auditors report, corporate governance report will give a clue. is there any other method by which can we identify the credentials of the company, its promoters etc.

i Think u can read the company's annual report.... Many of the important things will b there which u needs.....
