plz help frnds my first ca final attmpt was in may 14 bt I didnt stdy well and appeard nly grp2 and didnt cleared and nw again for nov14 I didnt stdied so I think its useless to sit for exams.. what shall I do I am vry tnsd as why this is happening to me all of a sudden that I am nt able 2 stdy .. I hav no problm with tutions and no tensions of anything at home . even aftr all comforts I am nt able 2 stdy .. plz help shall I appear in may 15 by stdyng seriously . and plz provide some valuable tip. thanks..

I have completed my first year of articleship a few days ago but i am still confused about the direction in which my articleship is headed.
I have joined a small firm in jaipur which is mostly a taxation oriented firm having a client base of partnerships and proprietorships mainly. I have learnt a few things like :-
1.accounts maintenance in tally
2.preparation of vat returns
3.stocks audits
4.accounts finalisation and tax audits(though basics only)
5.preparation of audit reports inc. Form 3ca,
3cd
6.preparation of form 20b,23ac,23aca etc.
7.a small statutory audit of a hospital

I expect to learn the same along with service tax returns, more stock audits, better experience in tax audits, income tax returns in next 2 years.
Can somebody please guide me whether my articleship is headed in correct decision or not as there wont be much experience in audits.
Though i get more than enough time for studies but i am in doubt that my limited experience in this firm will be obstacle in a good job placement.

if a person wants to make career in SAP ( ERP) after CA inter, then which will be good to do articleship in good CA firm or do job in a good company before doing ERP?

I am a Central government employee presently working in the pay scale of PB-2,Rs.9,300-34,800, G.P-4,200. My present Pay (Basic+G.P) is Rs.16,630/-. Now i got selected for a post in the same scale but with Grade Pay of Rs.4,800.

What will be my new Pay after re fixation of my pay in the G.P.4,800?.

IGNOU A&F BCOM is equal to normal distance graduate degree? Can we write competitive exams like banking exams, CAT,UPSC etc with this degree..
