29 October 2014 IGNOU A&F BCOM is equal to normal distance graduate degree? Can we write competitive exams like banking exams, CAT,UPSC etc with this degree..

I completed first year of articles. If i apply to IGNOU
A&F BCOM now and file form 112, that is fair? I mean i am not eligible for penalty of non filing of form112 ?

30 October 2014 yes you are eligible to write competitive exams.

if you submit form 112 late, you will have to pay condonation fees and ICAI has right to delay your membership..

bcom till now. If i take admission now,and file form112 i am not liable for any penalty know sir?
