With reference to the above subject we had issue the CT- 3 to our supplier and they are supplied partially. The balance quantity they are unable to supply due to the shortage of there raw material and also the prices is gone up for the same. Now we have cancelled the balance quantity order and balance qty amount we can take credit or not? What is next producer please quid me sir

is it advisable or necessary to give referance of sections or clause details in exam?.... or clear defination is enough.

how concor charges are different from detention charges.

If we are selling to Indian customer against CT1 and H form for export purpose.

Can we get the benifits of EPCG Licence? We had imported some machines aginst the EPCG Licence. Because s/b will be file on the name of trade exporter (customer)

Dear Sir,

we are manufacturing DG Set & we have two works in two different excise jurisdiction. Now we have export order of DG Set, so we had imported engine against advance licence,between the time to imported engine comes to factory, we have a same engine with us & fitted in DG Set & exported the same agst the export order. No we have in stock the engine which is imported agst advance licence in our one work. now I want to transfer it to one work to another work. how can i transfer the same ? advise

One of our client from Saudi Arabia had make the payment in INR through RTGS in our current account against export of one machine. Now I want to know how to get the FIRC certificate for this payment. As our Bank has received the payment in INR through RTGS, I guess our bank will not issue FIRC as they have not got any foreign remittence.

Plz. help me on this issue.
