Sir,
If we are selling to Indian customer against CT1 and H form for export purpose.
Can we get the benifits of EPCG Licence? We had imported some machines aginst the EPCG Licence. Because s/b will be file on the name of trade exporter (customer)

a DTA exporter shall obtain certificates in Form CT-1 as specified in Annexure-I to this notification issued by the Superintendent-in-charge having jurisdiction over the DTA exporter in quadruplicate and on the basis of such certificate, DTA exporter may procure the specified goods without payment of duty for the specified purpose
form-H,is for deemed exports, that is it will be issued by a buyer who will use the goods for export purpose.
in view, of above please noted that you are on right way, and advised to please ask you CHA must mandatory EPCG LICENCE NO. ALONG WITH FILE NO. OF CONCERNED REGIONAL LICENSING AUTHORITY.
SO THAT E.O. MAY FULFILL ,
Where export obligation of any particular block of year is not fulfilled in terms of the above proportions, except in such cases where the export obligation prescribed for a particular block of year is extended by the competent authority, such licence holder shall, within 3 months from the expiry of the block of years, pay duties of customs plus 15% interest of an amount equal to that proportion of the duty leviable on the goods which bears the same proportion as the unfulfilled portion of the export obligation bears to the total export obligation.

Sir, You mean we can use our EPCG Licence on their (Customer's) s/bill? Will it valid at the time of redumption?
