Dear Rameshji, Thanks for your continuoius co-operation. Please let me know that what are the documents or forms to be handed over to an Indian manufacturer from whom I want to buy material for export purpose and the manufacturer will not charge excise or cst or vat in his invoice.
Suppose I am in Mumbai : 1. I want to purchase material from Gujarat for export purpose.
2. I want to purchase material from Maharashtra itself and for export purpose.

Sir, So far I could get information for Form H, but still have querries :
1. I shall purchase material from 1st party (manufacturer) and hand over it to another manufacturer for job work and then export - to whom and when H Form to be issued.
2. I shall export directly the same material after purchase. In both the above cases when the H Form to be given as I got information that after export the sales tax dept will issue H Form on submission of valid docs in favour of export.
Regarding excise is there any such docs to get exemption in my purchase invoice.
