Need help regarding import of sample

Dear People,

Hope all is well with you. I would like to import samples (FMCG product fruit beverages) and I would like to know few things
1. Do I need import license/ie code to import the samples
2. I have seen in some articles that till 5000 rs there is no duty on samples import and my questions how the custom agents will come to know about the product value. is it through the mrp described on the pet bottles (in my case). I would be importing fruit juice in pet bottles as samples and which will have a weight of around 20-30 kgs and in no. of bottles it will around 20 of size 300 ml and 500 ml. Request people to answer my queries. My email id is khazirafi@gmail.com..Thanks.

Best Regards,
Rafi
