27 July 2011 Ya I Found Some Charges in Bank gaurantee, Which the changes asked by Costum Dept.
Addition is in BG As Follows;
*NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained herein above, we here by undertake to renew this bank guarantee and this bank guarantee will remain in force, till the receipt of discharge/cancellation letter from the customs authority.
