11 January 2011 My co has imported 1 lakh smart cards from norway. for which wehave entered in agreement with fopriegn company . one of the crux terms of agreement was that on every 1 lakh cards seller will provide us 10000 bonus cards without charging any thing. when we are clearing goods from port custom authority are tend to leavy duty on bonus cards also. i want to know leagaL OPINION ON THE SAME ASAP.
