Our principal has a dedicated EOU unit and is agreeable to supply under EPCG.
Another competitor is agreeing to supply under Duty draw back and invalidation scheme.

which of these two options is easier and more beneficial to the customer.

Sir,but u explained earlier that on memory card there is no duty its free to import,then on garment and helmets i hav to pay duty if yes how much pls clarify.if i personally go to china or bangkok and bring these items with me will there be any problem.

Dear sir,ur answer was not clear to me ,what is cha which u said to hire,can helmet be imported from china or thailand which will be better as per the policy of india,all the goods being imported to sell in local market,but u r saying for personal use,will not they ask why this much for personal use.

1. Date of purchase order 10/5/2011
2. Date of releasing bills of lading 25/5/11
3. Date of releasing goods from custom authority 30/5/11 , and
