I m going to import memory cards,usb,and card readers for trading purpose,doi not need IEC code ,can DHL,or FEDEX can bring and complete formalities of customs,im also interested to bring helmets for motorcycle riders from thailand.please advs in details

AS PER PARA 2.8(III) OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY YOU ARE EXEMPT FROM IEC CODE IF YOU ARE IMPORTING THESE GOODS FROM PERSONAL USE / AGRICULTURE PURPOSE.
IT WILL BE BEST DHLIF YOU IMPORT THROUGH PERSONAL USE.
