Sirs,
We imported Polyster fibre and deposited all the duties payable on importation.
Now we fully use it in manufacturing of Polyster-Cotton yarn & export it.
We want to get the refund of duties paid on importation of it. Since we didn't use CENVAT. We want to get refund of Import duty, Excise duty etc.
Kindly Guide.
