Dear sir/madam,
I m paying rent on vehicle & for building to same person but rent of building does not exceed 120000.00 but total rent including vehicle exceeds 300000.00 (vehicle rent 180000.00)
Should we deducte tds on total amt or only on vehicle rent.

Presently i m engaged in audit of export house and i want to know that the com sends free of cost sample and charging excise duty on it.How will be treated in accounts.

If it shows sales then in case of written of the balance attract any law to written off.

Honourable expert,i want to know about the ceiling of audit for a C.A.There is a mention in the notification no.1-CA(7)/53/2001 abt the restriction imposed on the ceiling of the audit.is the maximum limit of audit 30 companies (including pvt. ltd. companies) as given in ICAI AUDIT MODULE.THE LAW SAY OTHERWISE .Pls guide me in this matter as non complince of the ceiling of audit as per ICAI Notification amounts to Professional Misconduct.
