So please tell me that whether this kind of cash purchase is disallowed in income tax or not

As per RTP Nov-09 CA Final(Old Course) exam,In list of institute publications,in notes-

It is specified that the SAs-400,310,401(earlier known as AASs-6,20,29) would stand withdrawn. Now My querry is that while answering the questions regarding these SAs matters(for example "Knowledge of the buisness").Wheather the reference of the above SAs should be taken or not? Or the reference of the text of these SAs should be given for answering without mentioning these SAs?

What should be done?
Please guide me...

As we know that, Company is required to give intimation to auditor after appointment in the General Meeting within Seven days, And the Auditor has to file Form-23B within 30 days of receipt of intimation from the company about whether he has accepted the appointment or refused it with ROC,

My question starts here, that if Auditor fails to file Form 23B with ROC within 30 days, What are the consequeses under Company Laws, or any other applicable Acts, Rules & Regulations.

I want to know if i am builder & i have received advances against flat booking, but still work is in progress, there is no sale of flats or no possesssion given to any flat holder.

Then in this case if all the expenses including land, labour & indirect exp. exceeds Rs.40/- lacs then is it consider as audit under section 44AB.

I wish to join a company as internal auditor and the company is offering me a payroll. I suppose I have to surrender my COP for the same and then only I can join as internal auditor on payroll.

My company is paying me Rs.1000/ pm under head of Telephone expense which is part of salary and deduction from mu annual CTC.

Now account dept has guided and insisting to support voucher with the valid bill for audit purpose.

My feeling is that if it is part of my salary then supporting should not be imposed on employee?

I seek your expert advise.

I feel at the time of using the site some critical aspect regarding information to be taken from this site is not as per the requirement of the visitor as the same consume a lot time in searching the requred file.
My querry is this whether we could get the shared file as per the search rule i.e. file name with the respective contributor as the same done on google site to search a particular range of site.
