Signing of Audit Report

Plz tell me whether a partner in CA firm can sign all the audit reports up to the ceiling limits on behalf of all other partners.

In other words, audit reports should not be signed by each partner up to the ceiling limit ?

Board meeting

dear all

what is the impact if company shows that a director was present in the Board Meeting but later we came to know that in actual that director was out of india in the same time.

plz give impact on audit point of view.

Is the same is fraud or null and void Bm or what.

Appointment of Auditor in PVT.LTD CO

I would like to know the exact procedure for the pvt ltd company in appointing statutory auditors other than the existing auditors.

Please let me know all the other compliances which COMPANY as well as new auditors should duly comply relating to their appointment.

Details :
1.XYZ Co. has not filed nor audited any books of accounts since inception of the company.

2.There has been no AGM held.

STATUTORY AUDIT AND TAX AUDIT

IS THERE ANY RESTRICTION ON CONDUCTING TAX AUDIT AND STATUTORY AUDIT BY SAME PERSON?
CAN A CA ACCEPT TAX AUDIT AS WELL AS STATUTORY AUDIT OF A COMPANY??

Audit and filing of accounts with the Registrar of societies

The owners of an apartment have formed an association and registered the same under the Societies Registration Act.

Should the society/ association file its audit report and accounts with the registrarof societies within 14 days of its AGM?

Also, should the accounts be maintained by the society for the year ending 31st March or 31st December.
