16 March 2010 STATUTORY Audit is compulsory for every co. but Tax audit is applicable if co. cross criteria of 44AB i.e. excess of T.O. Rs. 40Lac otherwise no tax audit require.

CA CAN ACCEPT TAX AUDIT AS WELL AS STATUTORY AUDIT OF A COMPANY NO RESTRICTION FOR THAT.
