Please guide me on the matter of Internal audit of a company. What should be the workflow of the internal audit? Can i get the presentation format which we require to present to the management??

We also have problems in qouting fees for taking up the assignment as an internal audit. Any known formula??

18 March 2010 The workflow / process / format would depend on the scope of the audit that has been decided.

The fees would depend on the efforts that are required for the audit. The formula in most cases is man-day / man-hour basis.
