If one assesse deposits the TDS under wrong head, like it was for company but deposited in non company deductee, it was to be deposited under 194 H but was deposited in 194 D, then what is that solution for that, one can rectify its mistake or not.

I want to know the last date of Furnishing the Audit or upload form 3CB-3CD. As the last date of Audit is 30th September, but what is the last date of DATE OF FURNISH.

I am facing problem in filing Point No. 14 of form 3CB & CD of an assessee. The assessee has purchased and sold an asset of a particular Block, but in e-form of 3CD only one detail either of add or of disposal and that to single date could be feeded. When I contacted Need Assistance e-filing, they told me to refer user manual under Tab Help-Web Service. That manual contains computer program and no solution for this problem. Please help me in filing this form.

and what do you mean by notification given may 2013 rtp regarding effective dates which are applicable for sa's and 291st meeting
held in december 2009 decided that the effective date /applicability of the following standards on auditing SA 700(revised)"forming an opinion & reporting on financial statement"
SA 705 "modification of an opinion in the independent audit report"
SA70"emphasis on the matter paragraph and other matter paragraphs in the independent audit report"be postponed by one year and now being effective/applicable for audits of financial statements for the periods beginning on or after 1st April 2012(instead of audits of financial statement for the period beginning on or before 1st April 2011 as was earlier decided& refereed to above )therefore SA 700,705,706 will be applicable for may 2013 examination
please reply my query as early as possible please reply the above notification in simple language without any technical wording

at the time of submission of 3CA/3CB - 3CD online by CA whether balance sheet profit and loss account should have signed by both client and auditor or we can submit balance sheet profit and loss account in pdf format without signed by both party

The word "Independent Auditors Report" has been used for the year ended 31/3/2013 instead of the word "Auditors Report" for the year ended 31/3/2012 in most of the annual report of the companies.
The question is:
1)When has the change come into fact?
2)Along with the change in name please list out the other changes in the report for the year ended 31/3/2013.
3)To which companies is the independent auditors report applicable?
