I want to know the last date of Furnishing the Audit or upload form 3CB-3CD. As the last date of Audit is 30th September, but what is the last date of DATE OF FURNISH.

As per Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, the audit report is to be furnished on or before the due date of filing the return. Accordingly audit report is also required to be filed by 30th September.
