when the auditing of a school from C.A. BECOME COMPULSORY. IS THERE ANY INCOME LIMIT.
ie after exceeding such limit it is compulsory to audit the account book school from a C.A.

I have a firm having office at jaipur. since last 4 year i have not received bank branch audit why? ealier this since last 10 years i have done bank branch audit.

tell me what we should do for obtaining bank audit?

How to learn sections???

Hello Sir/Madam,
I will be writing IPCC exams in May 2011.
The most difficult task is,to learn the sections.
Since in exam institute asks us to write sections ,it is very difficult to learn and write them accordingly.
Please tell me the easiest way to learn all the sections.

what is TDS? how can we judge that the TDS is deducted on that item? and what is the difference between VAT and TDS? Are both applicable on one invoice?

If suppose i m arranging Exhibition for my client & there i m taking services for security purpose so at wat rate should i deduct tds under 194J or 194C
