Can an individual do forex trading business?

Can any individual do the business of forex trading by taking money from people and investing in Foreign exchange and in return give them interest on such money?

Or there are some restrictions?

Cost audit

Hello everyone!

I was just wandering if someone could help me do a cost audit of the company engaged in construction industry! The contracts here are of making tanks and are generally EPC Contracts. IF you could help me stating the steps i need to follow to make a cost audit!

Is form 3CEB applicable for the share application money received from a Non resident Indian ?
(foreign share holder)....

I wanted to confirm the auditor has to file form 3CEB for the same ??

Accept audit for lesser fee

Can a person accept an audit for a lesser fee than the previous auditor? will the answer be same if the audit is internal audit?Will it gets attract any professional misconduct?

i have done tax audit of a individual client.client said that no previous audit fee unpaid. some other fee also not unpaid . I have not took noc from previous auditor.Is there any professional misconduct on me and what type penalties on me.
