We may incur some significant expenses on account of new factory opening in the form of inauguration function involving event management company expenses, exp on food and refreshments for visitors etc...may also include travel. Can we capitalise this along with the building cost. Is this to be treated separately and expensed or we can increase the building cost with this and claim depreciation

How can i check out the revenue leakage on OD and CC limit that all controlled by CBS system

Mr X a director of KP pvt ltd also a director in GP pvt ltd, which has not filed annual accounts & annual return for last 3 years. Mr X is of opinion that he is not disqualified u/s 274(1) of Co's act & auditor should not mention disqualification in his audit report. Is Mr. X correct? Comment.
