How can i check out the revenue leakage on OD and CC limit that all controlled by CBS system

09 November 2013 Dear Namit, though CBS system has been implemented in banks, you also know that system will work on the basis of the database fed by personnel in the system...
In banks there can be various kinds of schemes as per which the loan is sanctioned.. There will always be variation in various schemes as far as ROI, processing charges & other charges are concerned...
So first thing you have to verify is the category in which particular accounts is classified as per the sanction letter...
You can take few big accounts on test check basis to confirm the accuracy of the system and personnel feeding the data in system...
Confirm the amount of processing charges and rate of interest as per sanction letter... It is advisable to take out Interest report from system for few accounts and then compare the outcome of that interest report with that of actual amount charged...
