how to file form no. 20B

Form 20 B has to be filed electronically. Mandatory attachment is Annual return prepared in Schedule V of the Companies Act,1956.

Form 20B demand details of Board of Director and shareholders from the date of last AGM till the date of current AGM. Any changes between these two AGMs must be given in Form 20B. So it is necessary to disclose past and present directors and shareholders details of the company through Annual Return.You will attached Annual Report as per Schedule V of the Companies Act, 1956.
