pvt ltd has passed any resolution if pass for sign the document by director on vat regisrtation paper
Than it should be submit resolution to the ROC
if yes than on which date it should be submited

i) For VAT registration, board of directors has to pass a resolution. A copy of the said resolution , certified as true copy and signed by the managing director , and duly sealed, has to be attached along with the VAT registration application form.
ii) The above resolution need not be filed before ROC.
