Kindly explain the terminal excise duty. Its applicability and what is the procedure of payment and refund of TED. TED is charged by Customs or excise?

Duty Payment on Export Sale

Please clarify, whether "Export under claim of Rebate" What is the provision of duty payment on export sale? if excise duty payable or excise duty paid at the time of clearence yes under which notification rule etc. its provisions and procedures are covered.

We are a manuf. unit.
Suppose we have availed credit on purchase made my us at price 110 for a raw material.Afterwards it was known that price is 100. We raised debit not to the party because of price difference. We availed credit on price 110.
While raising debit not do we need to reverse excess credit availed on 10.

Does the supplier is eligible to claim credit again on the basis of debit not raised by us.

Please explain what treatment to be done.

Hello dear experts

one assesse paid excise duty duly and honesty but unfotunately they missed to submit higher education cess with duty
now excise dapartment ask for submit all excise duty with cess and higher education cess.
guide us party is defulter U/S 9 in meaning of excise duty

Is it necessary to take permission from the Excise Department to store goods (traded) outside the Registered premises, for the Registered Dealer ( Not Manufacturer) ?

Kindly also let me know any instructions, circular, trade notice issued in this regard.

utilisation of cenvat credit

as per rule 3(4), Cenvat credit can be utilised for the specfied payments therein.among these payments one is; if any capital goods is removed as such then an amount equal to cenvat credit taken on such capital goods.
my query is that if any capital goods is removed after being used then whether credit for duty payable on such removal can be taken or payment to be made thrw PLA bcoz as per Rule 3(4) credit can be taken only if cap goods is removed as such.

mfg with trading for excise purpose

A unit manufacturing plastic dana having turnover less than 1.20 crore wants to trade also in plastic dana which will increase its turnover for more than 1.50 crore. It wants to have opinion for doing so and short procedure.

depot sales

if i am purchasing raw materials and then selling it to a party charging a trading profit on the same. now when i am purchasing i am paying excise duty and vat. what will be the consequences when i sell it to a customer.is excise duty to be charged on trading profit.can excise benefit be passed onto the customer.
