what are the inputs / CG you have received in that month, can get the cenvat credit. But CG 50% in that financial year and remaining next fin.year.

I do agree with Mr Sastry, However, on Capital Goods we can take 50% Cenvat Credit in the current financial year and rest 50% Cenvat credit may be availed in the next financial year.
