Excise Registration

Dear All

We have Registered Office in Delhi and branch office in Mumbai. We are already registered in Mumbai under Excise but not registered in Delhi because we don't have any Godown or Warehouse in Delhi. Now we have acquired a Warehouse in Noida for that we will get registerd under Sales Tax & Excise.
Can we issue Invoices from Delhi Office for goods transferred from Noida or we need to open a physical ofice in Noida?

Excise Records Maintainence

Hello, i just want to know what are the records that are required to be maintained under the Central Excise, few of them i know like PLA Register for Cash Payment of Duty, CT-3 Registers, PC Registers, Part 1 and Part 11 of Input and Capital Goods Register, RG-3 Register, Daily stock Account, and service tax credit taking register.

I just want to know, are there any other registers or records that a company has to maintain other than the above stated by me.

How the credit of excise duty paid on behalf of customer can be availed when there is no supporting evidence since the invoice raised in this regard does not have transfer of goods.

We are working as DTA unit and issued AR-3A i.e. application for removal of excisable goods to 100% EOU against CT-3. Recently, we received one copy of AR-3A after Certification of Warehousing by the jurisdictional Superintendent of Central Excise of 100% EOU. Is it required to submit in original before our Range Superintendent or DGFT Authority for claiming post export benefit like DBK? Kindly guide us.

Thanks & regards,

Rajiv
