Let me clarify whether Cenvat credit is egilible for R&D procurment (such as chemicals, dye, plant & machinery,etc) from the registered manufacturers?

19 November 2010 R&D and trial manufacture – Even trial manufacture and R&D conducted in respect of manufacturing of excisable product as part of manufacturing process and business activity and hence input services used are eligible for Cenvat credit.
