Let me clarify whether Cenvat credit is egilible for R&D procurment (such as chemicals, dye, plant & machinery,etc) from the registered manufacturers?

R&D and trial manufacture – Even trial manufacture and R&D conducted in respect of manufacturing of excisable product as part of manufacturing process and business activity and hence input services used are eligible for Cenvat credit.

Falling under CH IP 73 ( Other than Capt Goods Chapter Heading )
Can we avail cenvat credit as Input or Capt Goods
