Dear Sir,
1.) We are Manufacture of Led lights & and take govt. tender as well. we are providing warranty as well as part replacement. my service department in delhi & mfg. unit in haryana. Now My Question is that if we are issuing material for service pupose or replacement of any part of product from mfg unit. how we charge excise.
2.) if i am charging duty as such on matterial issued to service then how service component issue for service & replacement without duty loss & what would be a document process need to freeze

Which kind of details required to be entered in boundaries of premises to be registered under central excise application form. In Central Excise registration form boundaries of premises is mandatory field i.e. east, west , south, north. Please explain .

We are dealer of Automobiles. We have received Exciseable invoice against purchase of DG Set. On bill, Excise duty amount Rs. 64,600.00 shown on bill.
Can aforesaid excise duty avail as CENVAT under service Tax liability.
And if yes, then what will be the procedure to avail?

A construction company executing Road projects to various state/central governments under works contract services. As per the work contract aggrement provided to them the work includes laying of Hum Pipes below ground level. To maintain the quality of pipes the company manufacturing hume pipes at their project site it self and the same were laying in the road project. Excise officials are demanding excise duty on manufacture of hume pipes. Please adivse whether excise duty payable by the company.

The Excise duty for a product was paid and stock transferred from Manufacturing unit to Warehouse. The date of removal is 02.05.2015. Now I want to stock in the product in our Warehouse using the same Excise duty invoice. As the Excise duty posting had crossed 1 year how to stock in and stock out the product?

A unit sells 100% to its parent company outside India i.e. it sales is 100% export to its parent company. But the said unit not registered as 100%EOU.
Can the said unit claim benefits of other units as registered as 100% EOU for claiming benefit of refund of excise duty, service tax and CST reimbursements.

We are an E-commerce Company. The goods that we deal in are All types of Readymade Garments including Winter Wear, Ladies Bags and Purses, All types of Footwear, Imitation Jewellery.
Experts, I have the following queries for which I need your expert guidance under Excise so far as the Registration and payment of duty is concerned :
1. We purchase goods from market and then give them our brand by labelling and relabeling the same and fixing the retail sale price on them and sell.
2. Further, we have imported goods also from China & Hong kong for which we do the labelling and relabeling and fix MRP and then sale them to vendors as well as directly to customers.
3. Further, we have purchased fabric also and give them to Job worker for getting the garments manufactured from them.
