hi expert,
i am doing the audit of manufacturing company, the company purchased the innova car recently and have taken insurance on that car. the insurance company charged the service tax on it. can the company can avail the cenvat credit on it?

when query related to law, then we cannot give answer against the law. if we give the its ok then you have to pay the intt. on cenvat taken and 25% of penalty on the cenvat amount.
