Dear Sir,
Our company is a manufacturer (100% EOU) of leather folders and material sold to London.
Final product is duty exempted (Nil Taxable). My question is - can we take the credit of input material invoices ?
If yes what is the procedure of claim to department.

Please suggest me in short.

Thanks in advance

Regards,

Rajendra Ahire

Can I avail the Cenvat credit against 4 years back Bill of Entry (Import material).

Or Within waht time can one avail the cenvat credit against Duplicate for Transporter Document.

or What is the time limit (expiry time) to avail the Cenvat Credit against Duplicate for Transporter.

Like Cenvat, can one avail the Service Tax Credit on 2-3 years back document.
