Can I avail the Cenvat credit against 4 years back Bill of Entry (Import material).
Or Within waht time can one avail the cenvat credit against Duplicate for Transporter Document.
or What is the time limit (expiry time) to avail the Cenvat Credit against Duplicate for Transporter.
Like Cenvat, can one avail the Service Tax Credit on 2-3 years back document.

You should claim in the relevent period. You cannot claim back years credit during the current year. However if it relates to current year then you can revise the return.
