Can Director make payment of Excise duty from his own netbanking instead of comapany.( cause of till date company not having facility of net banking )

IT CAN BE PAID BY ANYBODY'S NET BANKING ACCOUNT. BUT INSTANTLY SETTLE THE AMOUNT DUE BY CHEQUE.
