meterial usage variance = SP(SQ-AQ)

in price variance we multiply difference in price with actual quantity where as in usage variance we multiply differece in quantity not with actual price but with standard price.
why?

SIR I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM ICAI REGARDING THE ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION. BUT IT STATES THAT MY SIGNATURE IN FORM 108 DIFFERS FROM EARLIER RECORDS. I HAVE COMPLIED WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE LETTER AND DULY SUBMITTED THE FRESH FORMS 108. KINDLY TELL ME WHAT HARDSHIPS CAN I FACE I THIS REGARDS AND ALSO TELL ME IF I SUBMIT THE LETTR LATE THEN WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES.

my pf account numbet is MH/116286/95 but i am not able to find thetotal amount in my account.

there is balance of dividend payable of Rs 15000 and Rs. 30000 for the year 2008 and 2009 respectively in balance-sheet.
and in adjustment,
1) board of directors declared dividend of rs. 120000.
then plz tell me what is the effect of the same in cash flow statement.
