10 March 2012 an NRI wants to invest in India? can he invest in any company in India and repatriate all the profits abroad

Yes a NRI can invest in Indian company which are eligible under FDI Guidelines. He can not invest in any company.

12 March 2012 Actually my client wants to invest in a indian nbfc company and want to repatriate all money after two-three years . is it possible in any way .
