12 March 2012 Hi Friends,

Can anyone suggest me, is there any method other that Discounted cash flow method,to get the Valuation of the Company in Certificate by CA.
Is there any specified method by RBI.

Please suggest.

In case of unlisted company it is required to get valuation of shares only through Discounting Cash Flow Method by CA/Merchant Banker.

In case of listed company market price will be taken in to account as per RBI direction.

Please read Master circular on FDI issued by RBI. if you don't have, give email id for same.
