Please suggest that Fdr with corporates companies like JP Associates and Birla power are safe , which give rate of interest 12.5%

Are these fdrs are safe.

I am a student and i had opened up an account in a private bank 4 months back and i had not given my PAN no there soo i signed the relevent documents there also sir i made some FDR of around Rs60000 .and sir once i deposited more than RS50000 in a single day and had signed FORM 60 . sir my bank says that i need to submit my pan positively soo sir what should i do.(actually i had a pan but i didnt want to disclose it to bank)

sie i want to ask that what will be the conequences with me for wrongly signing these documents..

please help urgently sir plz.........

i qualified my ca in nov,2011 attempt.now i m engaged in ca firm as a paid assistant.i m not having cop.

my employer asked me abt the fulfillment of regulatory provision of my engagement in his firm.

plz help me whether there is any type of provisin to be fulfilled by me or any member when they are engaged in employment.
plz also tell me any penality of its non fulfilment or late fulfillment.

If salary is more than 15K then which Insurance Act is applicable?

Let us say that in a company there are about 200 employees but all are earning over and above Rs. 15000/-

In such scenario what is the Insurance law for the Employer?
