Passing an entry of authorised capital account in tally 9

12 June 2012 Respected Members,
I am not able to pass an entry of Authorized Capital Account say with Rs 50,00,000/-.The problem occurs when I Create a ledger naming Authorized Capital Account under Primary head, with Rs 50,00,000/- it gets added to the total liability side, i.e. it itself is not showing separately without being added to the liability side.
If anyone help me in this regard, I would be very obliged.

Please Create an Account Called Share Capital and Group it under the Capital Account

to Create a new ledger please press A L C when u open a tally 9 these are the short cut keys for opening a new account/ledger.
