I want to know whether TDS deducted or not on the commision paid to the foreign agents (out of india). under the commission and brokerage head and also mention under which section for this deduction. if deducted how that agent will get the credit for this amount.

i am an article in a ca firm...and i believe that articleship is very essential part to build our career strong...but on the same side such a low stipend paid to us is one of the cause for not attending the articleship seriously...and distracting our mind to do any part time jobs....the age when people use to earn we are just unproductive

is there any way to get more stipend for articles
