I want to know if Bangar purchased for May 2012 exam will be useful for Nov 2012 exam or need to buy new book?

I guess Negative list is not applicable for Nov 2012 exam so we can still use old book(may 2012 edition) but still i want to confirm it before i start preparing.

With reference to Direct entry in CA,we would like to know that graduate students who are registered in CPT and have appeared in exam but didn't pass somehow, can take direct admission in CA, as per current rules?

We have collected Mannual BRC from our bank
on 18.07.2012. This BRC Was belong to the
period of Financial Year 2010-2011. As per the DGFT Policy Circular No. 01 (RE-2012)2009-14 dated 18th June.2012, BRC
with effect from 05.06.2012 onwards will be
issued electronicaly by bank to DGFT Server.
Is this date (05.06.2012) is applicable for
the payment released after 05.06.2012 or the
BRC date issued after 05.06.2012.

I am a CA and now appearing for campus from kolkata.In the first round of shortlisting D.B.Desai has shortlist me and i am also mark my consent to the organisation.
while in 2nd round of shortlisting,Vedanta Plc.has shortlist me.
the last date for giving consent to Vedanta is 6th Aug,but i cant able to give my consent and mark in the box.
I am very confused for this.
I try to contact placement coordinator through mail and phone,but i dont get any reply.
What should i do?
Please help me as soon as possible
