Tds for foreign payments

07 August 2012 Dear Sir,
We want to make foreign payment towards Brokerage against our Export Sale. Please advice me whether TDS for such payment is required or not. Generally for any foreign payment we provide 15 CA & CB to Bank. Is there any way where we can send the full payment in USD without deduct any TDS?

07 August 2012 The first referal commission is exempt from TDS. But 15 CA is must.

08 August 2012 Sir, would you like inform the section or clause of this exemption that TDS is not applicable. What is th edeclaration of 15 CA when TDS is not deducted.

08 August 2012 The 15CA will give you the certificate that the payment is not taxable in India
